We will see if they go anywhere, its up in the air...more than likely we wont, but seriously, did anyone expect Cincy to win the Big East last year? I am not doubting your comments yet but its just too early to tell I think

I take offense to that remark...I went to Rutgers and am a Rutgers fan as a result,,,its not a state holiday, I no longer live in Jersey, and I have NEVER heard Rutgers fans talking smack, cuz quite frankyl, what gives us the right to talk smakc when our team goes nowhere every year? before you bash certain fans make sure you got your facts straight about them...I have lost all respect for you Tin Man

I normally hang out on the TD pages of this site, but reading these comments I have seen alot of variety in the opinions of the stadium.

I agree an upgrade is needed, but why do they have to tear the current one down? Why cant they keep it intact and leave Monument park there, and just use it as a true Museum of Yankees Baseball? That way some revenue can be generated to offset the cost of the new stadium.

As a lifelong Yankees fan, who happens to be 23 and only around for the latter part fo Donnie baseball,a nd all of Jeter's tenure, that place holds a special place in my heart. Of course I would hate to see it go, but the upgrade is needed. However, I think it is too great of an AMERICAN sports landmark (with all the other non-baseball events that took place there) to tear it down.

This wont break up the Patriots. Belicheat is a genius of a coach (even without the cheating). The patriots will be a threat as long as he is coaching that team. he is the key to their success, so once Belicheat leaves, we will finally see the pats return to mediocirty. well, Nets need to unload Kidd AND carter in my opinion....here's a thought...Carter to Boston for Rajon Rondo, and Kidd to either Portland for Martell Webster or to the Clippers for Maggette.
