Nash is a great player but obviously you have never seen Jose Calderon play. He is going to be a very good point guard in the Eastern Conference for years to come. Just because he plays in Toronto doesn't mean he is worthless and also if the Raptors were too trade Calderon for Nash Toronto would have to add an additional player or two to make the deal work. BC would never make that deal.

wow I'm surprised at that post. Uusally your pretty accurate with your facts. Marion is 30 not 34. That's a difference of 4 years which is decades in a basketball career. Also if you watch the Raptors you'll see they are lacking at both the 2 AND THE 3. It's not just the 2. They are actually better off at the 2 considering they have Parker there where as they have Moon starting at the 3 when it is so blatnatly obvious he should be coming off the bench

I was not surprised to see this comment coming after Kapono threw away the game to the INDIANA PACERS :| who are complete trash. Danny Granger is talented but man does he take a lot of shots. As for Kapono he is too undecisive with the ball and is a liability everytime the ball comes to him and hes not open.

wow, all this stuff flyng about Calderon being a back up. Does a back up point guard average 8.5 assists a game and shoot 49 %? Injuries are normal. It's not like hes been on the shelf for the whole season.

I agree with most of the stuff said but one HUGE problem is Jason Kapono being a terrible player. He comes out shoots brick doesnt play and defense and is a clog in the offense. Ship his fat arse somewhere else.

i believe a lot of the hate towards mcgrady is well deserved but i think carter should be left out of it. This is coming from a die hard raptors fann also. Carter is simply putting, killing it this year. How many clutch shots does this guy make? There is no denying his talent and it looks like hes making good use out of it this year.

Could not have said it better my friend. It's about time Kapono gets called out. He is a defensive liability and the one thing he's supposed to be a specialis at is, shooting. He makes the occasional three but he's replaceable. He owes his contract to Shaq that year he was open all season and the heat won the championship. He's lost it. He's always been prone to interceptions but saved himself from criticism by making other incredible plays. However, the time has come now where he no longer has the physical tools nor the arm to make those incredible plays and simply gets intercepted.

This is becoming to be a non-story. Of course any NBA playere won't rull out playing somewhere else especially if they are getting more money. It's all about "Money". All the best players in the world already admitted to saying yes if they were offered big bucks. Kobe, Lebron, & D-Wade already said they would.

And you can't compare the $ to the Euro dollare because it's American dollar straight up or else it's not worth it. Why go to Europe for maybe 50 million Euro dollar when it's almost equevalent to what they are going to make here.

Miami has a good squad for the future with Beasley and Wade (providing he stays) and the missing piece is the centre and if chalmers doesnt pan out then the pg also but also remmeber d wade is basically like the point guard as he brings the ball up quite often.

Ok fellas, maybe I go a little too far when I say "carry a team", I do understand that any great player needs help. And Bloodclott, I never said they were greedy, I defend these guys rights to make all the money they can, trust this isn't about money. My point is simple: LeBron isn't good enough to win a championship here, so go play in the minor leagues. Kobe has rings, whether people want to dispute that or not, I can understand him going.

This is not about greed, just to make it clear. LeBron has his motivations, winning championships isn't one of them.
