How the hell did this turn into a debate over languages spoken in the United States?? A guy wins a tournament, he should be allowed to speak however he wants to whoever he wants. Caroline Wozniacki the night before spoke in Dutch and Polish following her championship match loss. So del Potro, a 20-year-old kid who just had his breakthrough (mind you, in a country that has accepted "your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to break free"), who just beat the great Federer, deserved his moment. I understand Enberg's network nonsense, but that's no excuse. He deserved his moment. Period. "How I Met Your Mother" could wait.

THANK YOU. Finally a voice of reason here. You gotta love Devils fans who hate Lemaire because he brought "boring hockey". He also brought us a system that has won THREE CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! GEEZ!!! Now, I'm not a fan of him coming back - I just don't know what he's got left. I'd rather see Johnny Mac or Laviolette, or especially Guy Carboneau. But don't knock a guy for building the system that won you three Cups in nine years. Unreal. There's nothing "exciting" about NOT winning the Stanley Cup, is there?

Beltran should be embarrassed that his team got swept by the team that's about to break the record for consecutive losing seasons. And LaRoche should be upset that Beltran would say that out loud. And LaRoche's numbers aren't THAT great. He's not an improvement over Daniel Murphy to me, I'm sorry...

And this is EXACTLY the issue. The Mets, in a piece of crap stadium last year, didn't draw less than 45,000 for ANY GAME. This year, in a beautiful new ballpark that seats only 42,000, they can't break 40 (even opening day only had just over 41,000). THE TICKETS ARE ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE, even for the ones that aren't the best in the house. The only cheap seats are in the upper deck reserved and those are the only ones that sell out. This is the same reason why the Devils can't draw in Newark. The upper levels that people can afford sell out all the time, but nobody wants to pay outrageous amounts to sit in seats that are barely even better. ALL THE TEAMS NEED TO SERVE THEIR FANS AND GIVE US A REA$ON TO ACTUALLY GO TO GAMES!!!

You're a lunatic if you think this guy is not a team player. He is always around his teammates, a constant leader in the clubhouse. A non-team-player is one who avoids his teammates on days when he doesn't pitch, someone who only talks about himself, someone who is so caught up in his own ego that he refuses to have other people locker next to him. Johan is the exact opposite of this. The quote was taken entirely out of context. It was more of "he made an error, it happens, we move on". Before you start accusing people you don't know and have never met of being a certain way based on a quote taken out of context, do a little bit of research.

This is why I'm scared about what Life After Marty would be for the Devils. The Cup in 1995 might be the only reason the Devils are still around. Devils, however should be given credit for finally starting to market their product for the first time.

That said, the Devils are the last of the 10 that should be moved - the Islanders right there with them. The Islanders will flourish again if they get a new owner. Wang is dumber than Bettman. Yes, that's possible.

Get Atlanta (Hamilton), Florida (Vegas? Quebec?), and Phoenix (BRING THE JETS BACK TO WINNIPEG WHERE THEY BELONG!) out at least. Nashville, Carolina, and Tampa can stick it out for at least a couple more years
