So Le Bron didn't ask for the tapes to be confiscated, and Nike doesn't have a policy to have tapes confiscated, so how did it happen? And why did it take what, 2 weeks to give the tapes back? If some over eager Nike hack took the tapes on his own, then wouldn't they have been given back a day later when Le Bron and Nike started hearing about it on all the Sports outlets? It's hard to know who is more of a liar here, Le Bronze or Nike.
