Unless neither team has a cup or European commitment (i.e. they've just been promoted or somehow a big team missed out on Europe) there is no way they're flying to Boston for one game.

It's doesn't make sense from a competition standpoint and it doesn't make sense from a financial standpoint (there's nothing to gain, unless the Red Sox are going to pay two middle-of-the-pack teams a buttload of money). You can bet they won't be interested unless one of the Big 4 plays Fulham (unless there's some team I don't know of that's wildly popular in the Boston area that's not part of the Big 4).
