Funny, the article talks about Toews taking issue with refs, yet they produce no quotes.

Here is what he said:

Not sure what imaginary TV some of you are watching.
While Torres does glance Stoll???s shoulder at first, Torress shoulder clearly knocks Stoll in the head. The brunt of the impact is to Stoll???s head.
This suspension was 100% warranted, regardless of Torres checkered past.

Sure, some good points, he does need to finally be healthy.

But how about showing up to learn the new offense, from the new coaching staff.
Learning the playbook, being able to ask questions, learn new terminology, understand what the coaches want and why.

These thing seem very important.

At least to me they do.

And he is missing out on this.

Fail. Watched the first 6 or 7 media questions, no one mentioned Tebow.

As a Bear fan, I wouldn't mind seeing him as backup. After seeing Kapernick and Russel Wilson run all over people, I wouldn't mind seeing that, in a relief situation.

But on the other hand the thought of Timmy T starting 3 or 4 games is downright scary.

Wow, some of the comments here are so off base.

Ozzie wasn't a great player, but gave it his all. He didn't miss time for doing something completely stupid, on the field or coming off the field.

The Carlos Quentin comment above was really inane, Quentin was frustrated during an at bat and slapped the bat into his hand, something he had done many times before, and had the misfortune of breaking a bone. He didn???t punch or kick something in the clubhouse, or throw a tantrum. Can???t blame Ozzie for that.

Ozzie has a big mouth and makes stupid comments, but it???s his job to call a player out when they do something that causes them to miss time and hurts the club.
