Yeah chief, but The Chiefs have a WAAAAAAYYYY better line than the Charges. I mean, almost every running back that has been on the Chiefs team in the past 5-8 years have been ridiculous. I promise you LJ wouldn't be putting up those numbers with LT's line.

Goodells discipline won't seep through to these players till another year. But if his disciplines work the way he wants them to, it won't make everyone shape up, it will just ban all of those who are out of shape.
Posted Monday June 18, 2007, About: Cops to question Pacman in shooting
Ok, there is no way that Jones was involved in this. If you read correctly, the sheriff that's investigating this said that they are not accusing Jones of anything, they are just asking him questions because he may know the suspects. What I don't get is how an NFL player that gets paid at least 1 mil a year can still be hanging around his no good friends. I mean, what does Pacman do in these strip clubs that causes gunfire outbreaks? Everytime I'm at a strip club, I'm generally happy.
Posted Friday June 08, 2007, About: Dolphins vets upset with Ginn pick
They could've picked up a number if different receivers that would be great benifits. Robert Meachem, Dwayne Bowe, Garrett, I mean there were plenty of great picks. They could've even picked up Okeye to replace Jason in a couple of years. But GINN JR? That just didn't make any sense.
Posted Wednesday June 06, 2007, About: Jones doesn't agree with Cowboys
Actually Pac, I think Jones is looking at McFadden. When the browns have a horrible season and leave the Cowboys with a top 5 pick, you can bet Jones is going to jump on McFadden. Hell, they went to the same college.
Posted Tuesday June 05, 2007, About: Texans to try out McCardell
Touche Pats. Jeez I see you everywhere. I think it's possible for the texans to go 8-8 at best. They have alot to fix and they ahve to deal with changing their offense to fit around Matt Schaub. I am feeling pretty good about this Texans team though. THey have made alot of great decisions this off season and it has really pleased me to see that they are looking to pick up McCardell. NOt only will McCardell be a better WR than Moulds, he has the speed to stretch the defense as well.

What will people remember Rae Lewis for? MIchael Irvin? Lawrence Taylor? How about Brett Favre? Brett had to go to rehab for drug abuse, he's thrown his team under the bus for the past couple of years, he's been threatening to retire with his team for the past two years. What do you think he will be remembered for?

Let's face it. TO isn't the brightest crayon in the box, the sharpest tool in the shed, or the sweetest cookie of the bunch... but he can play. He's posted up numbers that are close or equivalent to Michael Irvin, Lynn Swann, and Jerry Rice (when he was a 12 year veteran). TO doesn't think when he says things, and the Media obviously twists everything he says around to make things look worse than they are. I just want everyone to notice how almost everyone that has posted on this topic attacks TO more than any of the other players that haven't gone to these VOLUNTARY practices, and the greatest part about it is he had 2 surgeries on his finger, the doctors didn't think he would be back till training camp, but he came for the mini-camps. Is it really that bad of a thing for an injured player to come to a mandatory mini-camp as the teams first meeting in the off-season, and not go to a voluntary OTA?
Posted Saturday June 02, 2007, About: Absent Cowboys disrespect coach
Has it ever occurred to anyone that maybe TO, Julius Jones, and Terry Glenn aren't going to these practices because it's voluntary and they might want the younger guys to get more practice? I mean for christ sake, TO and Glenn are 12 year veterans, I think they can choose whether or not they go to a VOLUNTARY workout. Besides, although there is a new head coach, the training coach has been the same guy for the past several years and he knows that when it comes to training veterans you have to let them do what they want. They know what works for them. Julius however should attend these OTA's. That I do agree with. I don't think it's disrespectful, because if the Coaches really wanted these players to come he would have made these practices mandatory.

You can't really think that Green Bay is going to be good this year do you? Favre is losing his ability to play football. His arm isn't what it use to be. Don't get me wrong, when Favre was in his prime, he was **** good, but now he is just trying to hang on to something he is not. He knows he needs to retire, but he's being selfish and continues to play. Not to mention, the backup QB is Aaron Rodgers? Seriously? You really think they are going to be good this year? Wow, I really hope that there's a miracle in Green Bay.

Thetruth07 don't be mad because The Cowboys are America's Team and the packers fall short of that mark. The Cowboys have the most SB appearances in History.

As far as Tony Romo goes, since Romo started he has had 3 Games in which he has had less than 250 total yards. Either way, there is no way that a QB that has had only 3 good games out of 10 can be 220 of 337 making a 65.3 Pct Completion percentage for 2903, 19 TD's 13 int, and a rating of 95.1. I guarantee you that Brady Quinn will have to play at least 3 years to post up numbers like that in the span of 10 games. Let me remind you that Tom Brady wasn't drafted high, but he has had a stellar Career. Either way, history repeats itself. Every team that has had a dynasty and have ever came back to be good has taken at least 10 years to do so. Keep that in mind when you think about the Cowboys, because the Cowboys will be in the superbowl far before Green Bay does.

Not me Jim L, not me at all. Maybe my girl will jump on the sports bandwagon someday.... maybe.

Yeah, Romo was 17-29 for 189 Yards. That averages 11 yards per catch. Parcells threw more short yardage passes in this game instead of taking advantage of Seattles Injured Secondary. TO would've had alot more yardage is they sent him down field more.

Also, Phillys secondary is decent because they have a great pass rush. They blitz so much that their secondary doesn't have to do much.

Cowboyfan4ever, If I remember correctly he was there comforting Romo when Romo dropped the snap. TO has changed guys/girls. I'm sure TO doesn't want to close out his career anywhere else than with the Cowboys.

DC110,
Is there any way of telling whether or not it was good coverage, the QB didn't look his way as much, if it was playcalling, or if it was TO's fault? No. So you are right. Stats don't say it all. Which, by the way, I find it hipocritical that you posted up stats to say that stats don't sat it all. But that's just me. 4 Catches for 70 yards equals out 17.5 yards per catch in that Indy game. That's when Bob Sanders was healthy. 17.5 Yards per catch against a SB team that proved they had a worthy defense with Bob Sanders in the lineup during the playoffs seems pretty decent to me. Cowboys didn't have the ball that much during the NO game namely because the defense couldn't stop the saints. I'll give philly this, they have a decent secondary, they also played with TO in practice for two years... whatever. The playoff game Parcells called way more runs than passes, and when he did call for passes they were short yardage.

I guess everyone is trying to find out why their team isn't labeled "America's Team" Eagle Hater. Oh wait, that's because they aren't the best team ever in NFL history. Forgot. lol

I agree with Ferrel, why would a multi-millionaire WR for America's team ever try to kell himself? Just look at him in the picture. For the first time in a long time, TO had fun last season. Even with the Tuna breathing down his neck. I think all the haters are just afraid to see what he's gonna do this year.

I only wish my girlfriend knew football. Every Sunday, she acts like armageddon is coming and the end of the world is here. I'm slowly trying to break her in though. You know, teaching her players names, teaching her some rules of the game, stuff like that.

Ferrel... a woman? That's nice! No offense, but I didn't know a chick could put up such a great argument about football. Props to you.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm in love with TO. It's not everyteam that has a WR that has to be double teamed.
Posted Friday June 01, 2007, About: Cowboys coach told T.O. must get ball
LOL Ferrel, I like you. Your crazy, but I like you. Apparently all of these TO haters don't think that leading the league in touchdown receptions is a good thing.
