Great news. Packer was (is) a pompous, flannel-mouthed, know-it-all assbag, who made listening to his games almost intolerable. The only thing that kept him from being the most annoying person in his sport was the existence of Dick Vitale. Now, if ESPN could possibly wise up and retire Dicky V, maybe I wouldn't wear out my mute button so fast during b-ball season.

Peterson had never gotten the credit he deserves but I don't see him as a #1 back. As for Wolfe, based on what I saw last year, he has no shot in the NFL. Way too little & not the speed/quickness to compensate. No chance. The Bears RB search goes on....(not to be confused w/ the Bears QB search. Which goes on....)
