Same story every year it seems. Wasn't roddy white turning heads last season and Dez white before that. Once they get into a REAL nfl game those skills dont translate from non-contact drills.

If Peterson really can perform that well in the passing game then it will help the progression of Tavaris Jackson alot having a reliable checkdown guy. Also, they can use two back formations with adrian making the linebakers think pass opening holes for chester taylor.

I loved that play. Players do things like that all the time, for instance, when a player is trying to tag up on a pop fly, the fielder will try and block his view so he cant tell when the catch is made. It was quick thinking and kind of funny that the Jays fielder actually thought it was his temamate. If it wasn't A-Rod who did this it would be a non-issue, but it is A-Rod so now its a huge mess.

Not going to happen. Now way an up and coming force in the west (Denver) trades away a defensive player of the year and one of the best at his position for anyone on the lakers. The only way that could possibly happen is if the nuggets arent happy with camby for some reason (Money,Attitude,Play?) and think Nene can become a legitamate starting C. And as for 34bojackson's comment, please think before you blog, lakers are so buried in the cap they have NO space to sign a ron artest or mike bibby, and with odom and kwame coming off surgeries, their traded value isnt very high right now.

Giguere Isnt a top 5 REGULAR season goalie, but when they playoffs roll around this guy becomes money in the bank, and thats what counts. He is a clutch goalie who makes key saves at key times, and that is a very valuable commodity.

Lets just give O'brien a chance to succeed ok. Look at The NBA playoffs, were the 8th seeded warriors supposed to have any chance in he*l to knock off the Mavs? But they did. So maybe obrien can come in, get the players to buy into his philosophy and make them into a 8th-9th seed this year

Noah is a high energy guy who will bring some spark off the bench kind of like tyrus thomas last year for chi town. What makes this interesting is noah Could have came out last year as a surefire top 3 guy, but instead he stayed in college got another year of expierience under his belt and that will help him in the long run

Wow is this turning into a nightmare offseason for the falcons or what. Trading matt schaub to the texans, believing that paterno could make vick a good starting QB, leaving them with no viable backup in the event that vick is disciplined by the league. Mr Godell is in the midst of trying to de-gangsterfy the league and is going to come down hard on mike if a solid link between him and dogfighting is proven. This could be the end of the vick era in atlanta unless he can pull of a miracle, avoid suspension and lead the falcons to a playoff berth.

I see a few teams (Both LA teams,Cubbies,Mets?) That would have interest in a player like Damon. When he's on hes a very good hitter and solid fielder. If the angels keep tearing it up then i can seriously see damon to the angels for a good prospect, a player who could start, and a pitcher.

These are some solid signings for the Old Trafford boys, with Giggs nearing the end of an illustrious career, nani seems poised to take that midfield spot next year after giggs's final EPL title (Man U by 8 points over chelsea) so he will be eased in. Hargreaves (A canadian boy) will strengthen a back end that has some holes in it, and anderson, if used properly, could become a major force on Man U.

These Guys need to get their act together already!!! If they seriously want to be considered stars, great players or whatever they prefer, than they need to start acting like it.Just because its not a MANDATORY mini camp dosent mean you shouldnt be there, show some leadership and charachter. If the Ny Giants want to become contenders in the near future before ELI is considered a bust than he needs to build a repore with his top 2 targets(shockey,burress) or else they will just flounder in the middle if their division for the forseeable future.
