Spo deserves any credit that he gets. Managing multiple stars with multiple egos can be tough. He doesn't just sit on his loins and try not to better himself or his team. Phil Jackson gets plenty of credit for being a great coach because of all the rings he has, but to my knowledge, I don't think any of those rings were won without Michael Jordan, Kobe, or Shaq being on those teams. Regardless how good of a coach you are, you won't win without the horses in the staple.

Let's not kid yourself, Jordan had an ego from the time he got in the league. Some call it competitiveness but regardless it's an ego. I actually commend LBJ on our he has handled himself over the past 7 years considering how he handled being under the spotlight at the age of 18~25. Think of alot of the stupid and immature things you did at that age and that was without the world as your personal playground. Most have gotten in repeated incidents and trouble and the most you can say about him is that he announced his free agency wrong. I think I can live with that. By the way the people who are getting their personal feelings about his free agency mixed up with his skills decreasing because of it, come let's be real here. If you were truly being honest, you would admit that his best basketball hasn't even come yet and that you would trade for him in a sec.
