Gorilla Monsoon should be on the list. One of the first real "Big" wrestlers. He paved the way for many. He was also one of the best anouncers (especially when teamed with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan). Many wrestlers had "great intestinal fortitude" because of Gorilla.

Wisconin was out-coached. It doesn't take a genius to know that when you have a huge o-line against a smaller faster defense you run between the tackles. Wear the opponent down, and their speed goes away. You don't run to the outside where the defense can use it's speed. Bad coaching that will leave a sour taste for a while.

I got my first glimps of him as OC of the Badgers. I wasn't impressed then, I wasn't impressed by him in Philly, and I wasn't impressed by him in Minnesota. He had absolitely zero imagination.
