Oompah Lookpah = Brady the Joke Hoke might get the boot when his team falls short to MSU.. (again)

Maybe he could hook up with Ty Willy.. holding that brass ring gets heavy after a while.

ND's D would match up better with Alabama than Oregon's O....

As an ND fan, I wont make much of this... every year kids commit (sometimes just to get their name in the papers & get talked about on the net) only to start looking around. Again, getting media attention...

Some kids are not cut out for some schools... plus his Daddy was a Gator so that might have a lot to do with this.

Sandy don't cry, I understand "Mitch Mustain" wasn't a real USC football player... he was an over ranked high school kid who was lucky to sit on the Trojan bench.

Not many coaches "go off" after getting fired... they want another job, so they have to act with respect.

Just the norm here... nothing classy about that.
Posted Monday October 08, 2012, About: USC's Lee on D?
You can only hope USC can win..

Both teams will have a lot to prove with this game.... Irish fans want that 12-0 season & SC wants to show the CF world they should still be a top 10 or top 5 team.

Still early in the season to worry about Nov.

Desmond should lose his spot on that show... he's a homer & has hate for ND.

I hope he enjoys being at ND next week!!! Game Day in South Bend!!!!

Nobody thought they had a "good D" it was the O everyone was talking about.

They missed some plays & had flags tossed at big moments that took the air out of them.

But excuses are like A holes... ;o)

"Should be a shootout."

Disagree.... ND's D will stop anything that Stanford can throw at them.

Due to giving up big plays & letting the other team score at will....

Te'o has played very well this yr. I wish him all the best!

But do we really need to talk about draft stock with so many games to play?
Posted Wednesday October 03, 2012, About: Draft stock soaring for Te'o
I'm sure they will. Have you seen their D this yr?? I never knew the talent at Miami could be so bad!!

Miami Defensive Rankings:
Total Defense: 494.6 yards (116th)
Rush Defense: 225.6 yards (115th)
Pass Defense: 269 yards (94th)

I blame Michigan for being a wanna be BiG 10/12 team.

Little ten football.... where you can play QB even if you throw like a punter!
Posted Wednesday September 26, 2012, About: Michigan: Blame Irish for ditching series ASAP
Some of you Michigan fans might need to read this a few times, but it was done because of timing and ND joining the ACC ... not because ND wants to discontinue the series. Also, ND & UofM have only played 40 times in their history, so this has happened a few times before.

???While this move is a necessary precaution as we begin the process of meeting our new scheduling commitment to the ACC,??? Swarbrick wrote in his letter to Brandon, ???please know that Notre Dame very much values its relationship with Michigan. (We) look forward to working with you to ensure that our great football rivalry can continue.??? ND's AD Jack Swarbick

Swarbrick???s letter is dated a day before the schools met on the field and cites last year???s contract.

???Because I am providing you with this notice prior to the commencement of this year???s football game on September, 22, 2012,??? Swarbrick wrote, ???there is no liability to Notre Dame for cancelling those games.???

Notre Dame senior associate athletic director John Heisler released Notre Dame???s reaction to the story.

???Our contract with Michigan has an automatic rollover provision ??? with a year being added each time a game is played. We needed to avoid the automatic addition of additional games until we can get a better understanding of our available inventory in those years ??? an understanding that will develop as we implement our five-game scheduling commitment to the Atlantic Coast Conference.??? This came from NBCs Inside the Irish - Keith Arnold

Air Force (1-0) will be facing Michigan for the first time since 1964, when it lost 24-7 in Ann Arbor in the programs' only previous meeting.

The Falcons will be trying to end a 19-game losing streak against ranked opponents, although they've come close to some upsets in recent years. In 2010, they fell 27-24 at then-No. 7 Oklahoma and 28-23 to then-No. 8 Utah.

Last year, they challenged a fifth-ranked Boise State team on the road before falling 37-26.

Coach Troy Calhoun's team opened 2012 with a 49-21 win over Idaho State last Saturday, with senior Cody Getz running for 218 yards and three touchdowns on just 17 carries.

"It's kind of easy to be a good running back and get a lot of yards when you're hitting the hole and not even getting touched until you're 15 yards downfield," the 5-foot-7 Getz said.

Since the start of 2010, Air Force leads the FBS with 317.1 rushing yards per game

Call it tressle ball or what ever you want, nobody thought Navy would lose to OSU by 2 points at the shoe... & it was VERY close to an upset. My point was OSU was not ready for the offense Navy uses, & the same is said for Michigan.

If AF runs the time off the clock but scores 2/3 of the time UofM could lose at home to a smaller team. When playing a mostly run team, the CB's need to help on run support a lot more. If the best CB is out for the yr... the next guy in might look like a deer in headlights.

Cute little jab about ND. None of the last three wins were easy for UofM.

The best thing for Michigan is they have Umass before a night game @ ND. So they wont get man handled too much. Unless AFA does the chop blocking & UofM's linemen get hurt.

But if they lose to AFA that could break the team & the fan's backs. Michigan's coach already gave the excuse that Bama beat them twice... if they're not ready for AF.

Not if Penn St. couldn't get past Ohio.

Maybe, but didn't Navy give tOSU team a real tough game a year or so ago?

AFA could just march it down the field. "Their perimeter blocking was shocking to our guys because we haven't seen that blocking at our level," Idaho State coach Mike Kramer said.

I understand it was Idaho St. Michigan wont be use to this type of O.

UofM lost their best CB for the yr. Will the next man in be ready?

Also, AFA was 4-4 on fourth down.. they don't like to punt.

If Michigan is not over the Bama game... AFA could walk out of there with a BIG win.
