I don't like to go along with this line of thought very much, but I think it is pretty clear that ND did not give Ty the chances they gave the other guys, was it racial..possibly, did he do something behind the scenese to piss someone off, maybe as well....but clearly the other two guys were given much more latitude to fail then Ty was....

What kind of crack are you smoking because I want some! Big East is better than the Big Ten???!!!??? HA HA HA HA OMG that is about the most hilarious thing I have ever heard. Cincy and pitt would be barely above .500 in the big ten and the rest of the big east conf would be doormats in the big ten...every big ten team would love to play the p*ssy schedule the big east, mountain west, wac...etc conferences get to play...they would have 10-11 wins every year playing those losers....

if the big ten adds ND, it will likely lose PSU...PSU has been asking for years to have pitt, syracuse or somene from the east to be added, so they have a natural rival...if they add ND, PSU will likely leave and join the big east...

UM was in "in the hunt" because of Iowa's horrible red zone play calling, Iowa had 3 or 4 FG Att's in the red zone. The Hawks should have been up 45-21....UM had 3 good drives all game and got a terrible pass int for a td...in fact UM never deserved to be in that game...

I think the crime is plain and simple, he lied...he should have told the truth and accepeted whatever punishment, which it sounds like is none, come to him....you cannot sit here and stick up for someone who lied....I am sure he will be reinstated and this will all be in the past in a month or so...bottom line, go to your coach ask him if what you did was wrong, right after you do it, f it is then own up to it, if it is not then don't worry about it.

I think if anyone watched the game objectively, the last throw to Hurd hit him right in the hands. Bailey did not get his hand on the ball, he may have shielded Hurd slightly, but the ball hit Hurd right in the hands. I think three things are going on here in Dallas, one the Dallas receivers including Roy Williams are just not that good, maybe they will be some day, but not now, two Garrett is not the great coach everyone thought he was...why would you stop running the ball??? his play calling really leaves a lot to be desired and finally three Romo may never become the great QB everyone thought he was going to be. I have said this time and time again, he is an exact replica of Favre at this age. This is why the Falcons gave up on Favre and look what happened. I am not saying Romo is going to ever be Favre, but I think maybe a change of scenery for him would be good, that being said, who the heck is Dallas going to get to replace him? It is either that or we wait until Romo finally gets it like Favre did in about year 5 or 6....or maybe never

The head ref for the game is a homer for both OSU and Michigan. That guy has made a LONG career of no-calls, bs-calls for both OSU and Michigan, so it is really not shocking at all that he would not throw out an OSU player....anyone who watches the Big Ten and has had to suffer through a game called by him and his crew knows full well what I am talking about...I am glad the player got suspended, although I do not think the hit was all that horrible, but it is nice to see the Conference finally slap something down on a school that has gotten away with FAR too much under Tressel.

He is their number one receiver, he was thrown to 4 times, th Giants had two guys I believe with 10 or 11 catches. I think he has every right to be frustrated, but he should not be putting this in the press, it should be an internal manner, but that is why the cowboys will not win anything as long as Wade Phillips is their coach, he lets things like this go on without any punishment. Until Dallas gets a real coach in there, they are always going to have these problems.

Dead on........He has brought winning back, but he clearly has mailed it in this year, after so many hitters on this team have failed miserably...He also has says this is the worst chemistry of a team he has ever coached...the only thing I expect and demand out of these losers now is to finish with a winning record and then hope ricketts forces some quality moves in the off-season.

No way are they going to just let him go...they will work out a deal or keep him. Teams put through tons of players on waivers after the trade deadling this happens every year, lots of big namers will be on waivers right now it is just so they can set up trades now...all the teams are usually on a gentleman agreement not to claim people, but from time to time a team does and it looks like the sox are the team this year

Vick has never proved himself an elite QB. He does or did have the potential to possibly be an elite QB, but that is far from being one. The fact remains that teams are going to be cautious with a guy like this. It is a lot of money to invest in someone of his character and he is a felon now. Where is Rev Jackson for all of those who get out of jail and cannot find a job because they are a felon? I am sure someone will give this guy a chance at some point, probably when an injury hits their team, but until then no one owes this guy a job and you cannot force a team to sign him...this is like Barry Bonds, just because all of the teams decide they do not want to sign a head case like this does not mean it is collusion, what it means is they are all not interested
