Oh Stray....How could you do it? I knows its your job but come on....You just won your only title with the Giants and were a Giant for 15 years and you are already saying we won't win. Hey its your opinion but you could have said the Giants are the champs and will be until someone beats um while saying the Boys will be tough. And we cheered you on opening night....UNREAL.

OH PALLLEEEESSSEEE. Naxself are you kidding me with that comment. Which team just had a guy (coughs) Jimmy Rollins (coughs) that basically said the Mets celebrating was offensive to him....Who is crying? Ryan Howard sits for 5 seconds and admires a home run we say nothing...The Mets just go out on the field and show how much they hate it by winning on the field. You never hear a peep from us but when an out of the public eye hall of famer shoots his mouth off just to get his name in the paper darn right they have a right to not like it. It would be like Darryl Strawberry saying the same thing. He is irrelevant. He doesn't play baseball anymore so he has no reason to spout off especially when the mets have won 10 of 16 against the Phills this year. So WAAAAHHHH WAAAAHHHH Jose Reyes is in the dugout celebrating a home run with Carlos Delgado WAAAAHHHH WAAAAHHHH...He hurt my feelings...WAAAAHHHH...Jokers.

RP is right. He should be in camp bust is tail to become a 1500 yard back then after this year he has just made himself indispensable but not showing up is stupid.

Listen its simple for Jeremy. Report to camp on time and with a big ole smile on his face or prepare to not get paid. Its not rocket scientry. Its simple capitalism you work you get paid if you don't you don't get squat. In today's NFL not only don't you get squat they take money from you. I don't really know what his problem is. So they won without him big deal. They have tried to see what your value was big deal. He was just given a contract extension 2 years ago so money isn't the issue. For all his posturing he is acting like a child. So go ahead Jeremy sit out. Watch other TE's do your job as well as you do then sit at home getting no money while the Giants do what they have every right to do which is keep you sitting home not getting paid. Show up and be a man.
Posted Wednesday July 16, 2008, About: Rockies shopping Holliday for Beltran?
Yeah I don't know. I love Carlos and his defense is irreplaceable but if the trade was Holliday for Beltran straight up I'd probably do it. The addition of FMart would be a deal breaker. They are going to need someone to play center and he could be it and having Holliday in left field would be a god send. Him and Church at the corners with FMart in center..it would be even better if Beltran was in the middle and they took Fmart instead..wishful thinking.
Posted Wednesday July 16, 2008, About: Why Nuggets dealt Camby
This may be a precursor to another trade that people talked about. The Knicks need an athletic center who can run the court and the Clippers need a double threat scoring and rebounding so they could do a straight swap Camby for Randolph. The Clippers will taking on another year but they get the better player and the Knicks get Camby who has only 2 more years left on his deal which will be off the books in 2010. Win win for both teams since Zach is basically a Elton Brand copy with his ability to score in the post, hit the mid range jumper, and rebound and Camby would make for an athletic front court with Eddy Curry, Marcus Camby, and Wilson Chandler and a back court of Jamal Crawford and Marbury or Duhon. Not bad.
Posted Friday July 11, 2008, About: Lakers offer Odom for Artest
I love how other teams think Isiah Thomas runs every team in basketball. That is the only person willing to take on your unwanted junk and their large salaries for his expiring contracts. Kenny Thomas makes too much money and his as useless as useless gets but yeah give him to the Lakers so he can sit on their bench making 8 mil per. Is it the other teams faults they were dumb enough to take on a guy who averaged 1.4 points and 2.7 rebounds last year. Odom and Jordan Farmer for Artest matches salary wise, they are both free agents at the end of the year, and the Kings get a useful PG. It wont happen but it would be fair. If your the Lakers and you want to get back to the finals a healthy motivated Artest would be the missing piece.
Posted Friday July 04, 2008, About: It's Knicks or Magic for Duhon
Why does everyone have a problem with this? Nate is better served as a scorer in D'Antoni's offense then a distributer. This a temp fix for 2 years. It doesn't effect 2010, he isn't expensive, and he is a pg. What people don't seem t understand is that in D'Antoni's system pg's flourish. All players get better offensively. Now they may not play any defense but who cares. They stink regardless might as well look good doing it. All I want is another chance at the lottery next year. Maybe that pg of the future falls in our laps. No one is saying Duhon is going to turn into Nash especially Donnie Walsh, but he will at least look to distribute first and score second which is something Marbury seems adverse to doing. We can do a lot worst. Hey look at the bright side if Isiah was in charge he would have signed him for 5 yrs. No wait that would only happen if he was tall, slow, and worthless. Sorry Jerome James.
Posted Tuesday June 03, 2008, About: Nachbar may draw Knicks interest
Lay off the Knicks. They finally have a GM in place who is going to do what is right for a change. They are going to try and get under the cap and build the team through the draft and young free agents. If they put the right players in D'Antoni's system if anything they will be fun to watch.
Posted Saturday March 15, 2008, About: Why Sox released Mirabelli
The first time Cash drops a knuckleball or it goes through his legs to the back stop and then he does it again and they lose a game because of it I guarantee you they will be calling him again and he won't answer. It takes a special guy to catch that pitch and no one does it better than Doug. He will be missed by your team. Watch.

This is one of the rare times you can say without a shadow of a doubt that someone got what they deserved. This is a guy who choked his coach and got another chance, drove his way out of NY where he had a good thing going for a time there and then without giving it a thought. Without seeing the writing on the wall that his services weren't in that high of a demand turned down a guaranteed 21 million with some nonsense about not being able to feed his family on that. Do you have any idea how wrong that statement is? Speaking from someone who has been relatively poor most of his life, who watched his father raise a family on 23,000 a year where we had clothes on our backs and food on the table and a nice clean place to live in on a quiet street in LI, NY and this man has the nerve to say he couldn't feed his family on 7 million a year. My father could have taken care of the whole town we lived in for that much. I am a Knick fan who watched him play his heart out and saw the good side of him but now it's just sad and pathetic. He deserves the trouble he has caused himself and I hope he understands what a fool he was.
