They have to find a team style or identity. Are they an offensive team or a defensive team? Do they like to play half court or are they a run/gun team? I never saw any hint of PJ's system, even though he came up from San Antonio where they emphasized team defense (although it really helped SA that they had Duncan).

It's a good move by the coach to make Marbury a $21 million door-stop. That just says hey, if you're not one of my guys, I don't care how much you make, you can sit around and watch the rest of "my" team play. Trouble is, next time Marbury suits up against the Knicks, he'll have revenge on his mind' hopefully he can revive his career somewhere -- or end up lost like Steve Francis.
