I'd hate to see it happen again, but I watched the Kansas City Kings move to Sac-town in the early 80's, and the Sonics to OKC, so what's another franchise move.
Thierry Henry has stated for the record that he wouldn't play for any other English Premier League team but Arsenal. That is why he is held in such high regard by the supporters.
This looks like "Clay Bennett, Part Two." Out of town owners buy the club. Promise to be in it for the long term. Then, ask the cash-strapped city/state to build them a state-of-the-art stadium, or we're going to have to look elsewhere.
It happened in Seattle. Don't think it can't happen to Golden State.

He was a great player and coach for the Sonics. He saw the writing on the wall, and took his game down I-5 to Portland, and along with Kevin Pritchard, have turned "the Jailblazers" back into the Trailblazers.

I guess that's why they call this the "Truth and Rumors" page.
As a resident of Seattle, I would welcome the Bulls, Yakisu21! However, I'm holding out for the N.O. Hornets. Now, that's a club to root for!
Or, worse case scenario, Stern pitches a fit, and locks Seattle out for not rolling over and submitting to his will.
