Even if the grades were changed (which is becoming more doubtful every time I read something the driver's ed teacher says), it certainly wouldn't affect his college as the NCAA cleared the kid's academic transcript.
I'd love to hear the NCAA, ridiculous as they are, try to explain punishing a university for listening to them.
Also, to the Memphis fans- even if the title were taken away from Kansas (which it won't be), Memphis doesn't get it. The title is simply vacated.
And I can't imagine Memphis fans, of all people, talking trash on academics anyway. Can any of your starters even read?
Maybe we should investigate the academics of all the final four teams and give the title to the team with the best grade point average.
