Fair or not, I think he feels some responsiblity for what is going down in New Orleans right now and wants to restore the team's reputation. Walking away now would look pretty cowardly.

Take away the five combined losses to the Falcons and those teams are 9-10, essentailly .500 ball. No powerhouses yet, but hardly a pushover schedule either.
