Rocky? Sheesh - the Chicago press is totally high. It was his first game in the NBA and it was a pre-season game at that. What I saw was a rookie who seemed to handle and run the offense better than guys that have been around for 4 or 5 years (hello Kirk and Ben)! He's have more assists if the rest of the slackers could actually hit an open jumper.

Believe me - the beat down the Bears put on Detroit last week was very enjoyable. Last year was brutal watching the Bears lose to the Lions in Chicago. But, I have to say - Detroit really blows this year. Putting Orlovsky in as the starter isn't going to help. IMO, they should have Roy Williams quarterback the team because he is such a stud. Plus, he never drops the ball.

Nothing like getting a new wife before you get rid of the old one. The Hawks put themselves in this position. Who the heck would want to take Habby-boo-lon's over bloated salary for a year? Deal with it!

Just glad that Bill Wirtz is gone. Now the Hawks can pick up where they left off in 1992.

Ben Gordon is focusing on developing a new energy drink and how he will survive on $6.4 million this coming year. I guess that was distracting enough for Ben to go out and injured.

Ben Gordon missed a portion of the Bulls' 3-hour-15-minute practice Monday after jamming his toe. Gordon also is nursing a sore ankle, although coach Vinny Del Negro said neither injury is serious and Gordon hasn't sat for an entire practice.

I think the other Ben - who was totally one dimensional - left a bad taste. Yes, Wallace is horrible. I can not believe the Deerfield brain trust offered Gordon $58 million! GD Paxson - we don't want the same half **** losers we had for the past 4 years. You can count on Gordon to: not play defense, score 30 points in one game and then 6 points in the next game, get pushed around, not run the offense, and in general, be a non-factor. Oh and lastly, not make the All-Star team. Why the heck does a one dimensional, non-All Star player think they deserve a $12 million a year contract?
