The Eagles will not let Lito walk. He has 4 years left on his deal. Let him sit, they obviously don't need him right now. Have fun paying 14K a day in fines.

It's still early, something will get done. Especially with the extra 1st rounder from the Panthers for next year. That could really help in a deal for a top-flight WR.

Haha, funny to hear that from a Michigan fan. Manningham can barely read it seems.

Outside Philly.

I totally agree with that, his value is only for a team that needs an impact player to put them over-the-top. Similarly to baseball, is like a rent-a-player scenario...they get him and sacrifice some future talent to win it all.

I'd take the young up-and-coming star. He's seven years younger. That's why the Chiefs got what they did and Minnesota didn't make an offer for Taylor.

PhillyMike30, that's a scenario that makes sense.

He's 26 and a pro-bowler, when healthy. He has value and will be dealt.

Claytron is in Gruden's dog house, a la Keyshawn. I think they won't get more than a 2nd for Lito and to get Clayton as well, thats just gravy. He was promising, maybe the change in scenery would help.

Let's not argue about Tampa and Cincy being better cities than Philly. Tampa is a half-a-city at best and if we had a draft for cities, Cincy would be Mr. Irrelevant.

He would definitely make an impact for a team such as San Diego. But, they have to make sure they can get at least 2 years out of him if they are going to give up a first.

If allen can get 3 picks in the draft in a trade taylor can get more then he can

Allen is 26-years-old, Taylor is 32-33. Allen led the league in sacks last year in 12 games. Sure he has his issues, but he is definitely worth more than Taylor at this point in his career.
Posted Friday April 25, 2008, About: Rams owner denies LA move
Why would any team consider moving to LA? They had two teams and couldn't keep one of them. This is not a football town, its a town full of people from all over the country, not a stong fan base.

And the poor souls that have lived there all their life can't afford the inevitable personal seat license and season ticket prices.

They left out that after he finished training with the dog, they ate him.
Posted Friday April 25, 2008, About: Brown wants coaching gig
This is bad timing considering the organization's playoff push. Remember that this guy is almost 70-years-old. Wherever he goes will be for 2-3 years anyway.

I can understand his wanting to be involved with something he loves, but his passion is outweighing his sensibility and that shouldn't be his focus; it should be his commitment to a team - which he has never shown.

He is the anti-Jerry Sloan.

The rumor is Lito for a 2nd and WR Michael Clayton (Not the movie, even though that may be a better deal)

Giving up a late first-rounder or early second is way to much for an aging d-end. Sure he looks like he has gas in the tank, but I think the needle is broke.
Posted Thursday April 24, 2008, About: Cowboys sick of Pacman talk
Those who say their is no risk for the Cowboys in all fo this are mistaken....Will have to see what the locker room atmosphere becomes and how it is handled. There will be constant media attention to it. It does change the dynamics of the team. Jones decided the risk is worth it. He is a true talent, but I am glad he is not on my team....Win or lose, you can have him...

I agree the risk is in the locker room, but there is no risk financially or within the draft, they will draft as if they didnt make the trade.

Too early for any predictions, lets get through the draft first.

What a big mistake. Dallas just got worse than better
He will bting down the Dallas Cowboys.
They will need a baby sitter

They might as well hire an in-house probation officer.

TO and Moss are choir boys compared to Pacman. Their complaints and antics are a sideshow compared to the life and death involvements of Jones.

That's funny - thanks for making me smile.

Hey it's just sports right? And the fact that KPKahder is going to miss the draft makes me upset too. How can you let this happen?
Posted Thursday April 24, 2008, About: Cowboys sick of Pacman talk
The Cowboys really have no risk in this trade. He has NO guaranteed money over the 4-year-deal. He really doesn't have a leg to stand on.

How could we forget about Tank Johnson too? Is Valley Ranch now a rehab center?
