58..that's young...to young man, to young. ....A few years ago my wife and I went to a show, old 50/60's: Fabian, Bobby Rydell, and Frankie Avalon ( I think the show was called the Philadelphia boys) ..in the middle of the show, Avalon announces that Johnny Maestro (of the brooklyn bridge) was in the audience, asks him to take a bow, he does then they ask him to come up on stage, and do sixteen candles, he was tremendous, and brings down the house, still had the voice...About a year and a half later, I read that Johnny Maestro died after a long battle with cancer, giving his home address...He lived down the road from me for years and I never knew it...
