If the Reds are looking for Righ Handed Power and Catching Help, then why are they looking at Piazza? The guy is on the downside of his career and they would be better of trying to bring up one of their younger minor leaguers to get some experience. And you can't go wrong with one of the Flying Molina's who is a solid defensive catcher and has his moments offensively too.

So is he pissed because his name is on the award or because the award named after him isn't generating donation money? Sounds pretty weak to me. I mean who waits 23 years and then all of a sudden decides, "Gee, I don't want to be honored anymore as a great linebacker?" Next thing you know, he's going to ask the last 23 recipients to give their awards back because they have his name on them. What a punk!
