Taylor Walker
Jessica Gomes

that was a freebie. over and out.
On further reflection, I could seem them reviving the name for some fun globe trotting. Maybe they expect that to reinvigorate the Cosmos brand. But you could not transition an all star team into an MLS team. But I suppose you could trade notoriety and front office presence and a rejuvenated "fan" base into a 2nd NY team.
D-Wreck's point about TV rights is worthy of consideration. I would like to see their business model of paying over-aged, high-priced stars and use that to transition into a bonafide MLS club.
I just love it when "story highlights" is about the same length as the story itself:

ok. that was bad.
It was passport stuff.
:)
I still reserve total judgment (or try to, lol, sometimes i just let er rip) until I hear/see both sides of something. I do remember a bit about the unceremonial dumping of Alexi, etc. Even if it is that bad, people make mistakes. From what I hear of the AEG organization, as far as business empires go, they are pretty good. Good people at the top. And so, I might say, maybe there is more to Leiweke than an episode like that.
