Posted Thursday January 29, 2009, About: Gary Williams on way out at Maryland?
Earth to College Park--Lexington, Kentucky called and wants their supply of memory-erasing pills back. Hey, by all means dump Gary Williams, and on behalf of the rest of the ACC, I'll be the first to thank you and the first to snicker behind your back. Perhaps Bob Wade is still available as a replacement.
Posted Thursday December 11, 2008, About: Suns trade leaves Nash drained
Nash was separated from Nowitzki by Cuban's unwillingness to match the offer? Why not Nash was separated from Nowitzki because he left Nowitzki to go play someplace else for more money? So why turn around and cry when the team puts its interests ahead of your friendship when you put your interests ahead of your friendship?
Posted Saturday October 18, 2008, About: Yankees to pursue Manny, Sabathia, Lowe, Teixeira
So basically the Yankees may go after anyone and/or everyone. Boy, that's news. There was some heavy duty shoe leather that must have gone in to breaking that story.
Posted Sunday June 22, 2008, About: Duke: Nobody's worse than us
Maybe what Louisville means by similar stature is a team equally bad so that they can be assured of a "W." If that's the case, Duke's argument is self-defeating (pun intended)--there are no teams of "similar stature."
Posted Saturday March 29, 2008, About: Williams, Pitino end long feud
Is there any coach with more wins (or championships) that Williams apparently doesn't have a "feud" with?
Posted Sunday March 16, 2008, About: Coach K: 'I love Dean Smith'
Just wondering, does this story qualify as a "truth" or a "rumor"?
Posted Tuesday January 29, 2008, About: Redskins add Mariucci to list
Is there anyone who has not been linked to this job? Cowher, Carroll, Williams, Meeks, Mariucci, Spagnolo, Fassell, Schottenheimer Sr., Schottenheimer, Jr., Ryan...zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Oh, sorry, I nodded off there. I understand the desire to be thorough, but at some point you just end up looking wishy-washy and indecisive.
Posted Friday June 29, 2007, About: Moss brings little-known skill to Pats
Good grief, an offensive football player who reads defenses!!! Wow, I bet he knows how to tie his shoes, too. Maybe he will show the other Patriots how to make those double knots so that they don't come loose. I know it's the off season, but what's next--a story about how Mike Vick has read (almost) his entire play book?
