I am not sure which is dumber - Lavar's commentary on the radio or all of the 15 yard penalties he racked up as a Redskin - if he wasn't paying attention, Cooley was hurt the majority of last year so how would the Redskins know what he looked like when he came back....after OTA's and preseason, it is apparent that Fred Davis is the starter - Cooley says he wants to be a starter so they gave him that chance to find work elsewhere - why would his chances be better in the offseason to find work as a starter?
