T think Jim Brown is criticizing tiger because he hasn???t done more to get black players on the tour. Also his foundation doesn???t specifically target underserved communities but his foundation does a lot of good. Social change is what Brown is referring to in his criticism of Tiger. Brown is from a different time and I think the criticism in unfair. Social change today is not what social change was 40 years ago.

Next Year will be a uncapped year!!! It would be an excellent move for Washington. Promise a new deal with the bonus paid in the uncapped year. Give a low base salary with a big bonus. Dan Snyder has the money. The waiting list for Redskin season tickets is 3 years plus. Its absolutely absurd to say that Washington cant afford cutler!!!!

The problem is Reid's offense. His west coast hybrid offense is good for scoring but it doesn't burn enough clock to give the defense time to rest. Philly's defense is often tired late in close games which caused defensive let-downs. Reid is too stubborn to change. Philly needs to use Westbrook like a traditional RB to protect leads. Reid's teams remind me of D'Antoni in Phoenix.

Romo is not the problem. If he had coaches that demanded accountability for his perfomance he would be a better player. Wade Phillips is a weak head coach. Garret is good at X's and O's but he is a poor leader and communicator. Last but not least Jerry Jones enables the players. A recipe for over a decade without a playoff win. The Cowboys' organization has poor leadership. The head coach is spineless. There are only a couple of coaches in the league that allow their players to undermine them publicly or privately without the incident going unpunished. Those coaches, i.e. Norv Turner and Wade Phillips will never be successful because because NFL players respect strong leaders not weak ones.

Golden State doesnt want Brand. Mullin is trying to drive up the price the Clippers would have to pay to ratain Brand. If the clippers match the offer and Brand signs that would make it very diffucult for the clippers to add a good supporting cast around a good nucleus and the result would be the same as last year. A sub .500 squad. Mullin is probably ticked off at the Clippers for stealing Baron Davis and he intends to make it difficult for the Clippers to compete. What if the Clippers call his bluff? Mullins will be stuck with brand, post a torn achilles tendon and a untradable contract for five years. Emotional spending is never a good idea.

The Terps won the title in 2002, Why does it have a problem recruting?
Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, and Micheal Beasley were Maryland High School Players. All three players lived in the Terps TV viewing market. Why cant the Terps recruit? Repeated failures to sign NBA type talent in its own back yard is the Terps' problem.

Maggete is too expensive for the Celtics. He's too good to accept the mid-level exception. He is seeking a long term deal. I think he is the league's next big star. He's that good. For the sake of argument. He is a SG/SF. He is a starter in this league. How would the celtics line up be shuffled to accomodate his skills? Sit Ray? Move KG to the center position and sit Perkins? His addition would bring confusion to the unit. The celtics need role players at this point. Maggette is not a role player.

Josh Smith is a STUD!!! Any team in the league would benefit greatly by signing him. My only concern is that he plays like a PF with the size of a SF. He need to develop an outside game as soon as possible before defenses realize his limitations.

The Wizards made the right decision. In the east the recipe for sucess will be a blend of team stablity, familiarity and cohesiveness. The Wizards, when healthy, are in contention for the Eastern Conference title. Neither member of its core three has been healthy simultaneously long enough to make a difference in the standings. If the Wizards are healthy next year, it will contend for the East title.
