Posted Friday August 03, 2007, About: Blatche's future in doubt after arrest
read carefully ladies and gents....it says, "Blatche and an acquaintance were charged with sexual solicitation"...sounds to me like he was either pimpin someone out or being pimped himself...either way...it's dumb, not like he needed extra cash.
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Knicks-Bucks deal for Mo?
If they Marbury is shipped out in a deal for Williams then it might be worth doing, it'd be sad to see Marbury go without a shot at playing a longside some of these new guys, but at 24 Williams would be able to grow and develop further along guys his age. The Knicks roster could pretty much stay as it would be with Williams(depending on who else they'd give up), develop together as a team and end up a contender. This is all assuming a lot of players reach their "potential" of course.
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Knicks-Bucks deal for Mo?
OMG! This is ridiculous....How can you keep making the SAME mistake? Michael Redd and Mo Williams don't even look a like!
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Nuggets to sign point guard
wow....I can't believe they didnt sign Blake...and Atkins over Blake? wow....that is pretty much all I can say about that....this is a questionable move to say the least.
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Knicks big men play hooky
ok...c'mon...you HAVE to give the guy somewhat of a break...itz an ANNIVERSARY celebration/vacation...itz not like he could of taken it anytime in the past 3 months, itz an ANNIVERSARY! With all the talk about how some players dont care about their families enough or put their careers before their families Curry actually said he'd honor his commitment to his family knowing he'd get heat for it. Granted it would have been nice to have him there, but there's still time and he had already had the vacation planned so cut him some slack.....this time.

I think the media just chose to read into this in a negative manner.
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Is LeBron getting a point guard?
wow, Bibby is still only 29 years old...
Posted Friday July 13, 2007, About: Is LeBron getting a point guard?
Although Bibby is not a "true" point he is a legitimate threat and could help LeBron shoulder the offensive load. Gibson showed signed last season, but he isnt a viable number 2 option....not yet anyway...if Hughes steps up more often and isnt traded, they could make a nice trio. Although by making this trade the Cavs might be fixing one problem and creating another....their 1, 2, 3 spots will be solid, but how about 4 and 5? Z at 5 granted he is still there, but the 4 will be a legit whole.
Posted Thursday July 12, 2007, About: Darko to sign with Grizzlies
This is they're fall back because they know Gasol is leaving....let's see what Darko's got, he could end up being a steal at that price....but he definitely hasnt earned it yet.
Posted Thursday July 12, 2007, About: Stevie Franchise's destination list
chargernation....the fact that he averaged only 11ppg last year is misleading....he was oft injured and when he was able to play his minutes were cut down ....add on the fact that he played for the Knicks and after Curry and Steph shots were just spread around ....you've got a $17million player who averages 11ppg....

his best fits would be the Clippers...although in Houston under a Rick Adelman system he could flourish...look what it did for Mike Bibby. And Francis and Bibby have similar skills sets...although his shots would be limited behind T-Mac and Yao.
Posted Thursday July 12, 2007, About: Mavericks eye Francis, Webber
T-shirt....BOTH are very selfish players? Wrong...C-Webb is not a selfish player...but I do agree that neither one of these guys would be a good fit in Dallas. The Mavs just need Dirk to step when it counts and they as a team have to deal with adversity better. C-Webb should jus stay in Detroit and Francis should go to the Clippers or back to the Rockets.
Posted Thursday July 12, 2007, About: Isiah seeking backup point guard
In a money move, but also to see what you've got on your squad go with what you have Isiah (in terms of backup PG)...let Mardy Collins be the backup point guard this year....he showed signs last year....and I'm still stuck on that one triple-double he had last year too...if by the February trade deadline you still need a back up PG then go get one then....but she what you've got first and save some money in the process.

I dont think Brevin Knight will accept a back up role on the Knicks, so signing him is unlikely...although it'd be nice....having a veteran/experienced true PG.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Hurricanes QB job up for grabs
KSU...hasnt been any good since Michael Bishop was quarterback, lol
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Vince to sign after Gatorade shoot
Honestly, couldnt even tell you off the top of my head right now, because I really only remember the last two rounds and who ended up winning the whole thing....my team didnt even make the playoffs so I was speaking from a neutral stand point, so Super Sport...if that was an attempt to take a stab at me thinking that I was a Nets fan better luck next time.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Who's latest untouchable Knick?
liontut...if that is what you mean by breakout then absolutely, Collins is capable of that. This time two years ago(beginning of his last season at Temple) Collins was a lottery pick in a lot of mock drafts....I kept track of those same website and of his play because I was curious and wondered how a player out of Temple could be a lottery pick....not since Eddie Jones had anyone notable come out of their....but then Collins began to slide down the same mock drafts...they compared to Aaron McKie but I like his game better. He showed what he is capable of when he put up that triple double last year....no matter who you are or what team you play for...if you put up a Triple Double in the NBA you're a pretty solid player atleast. I'd like to see him develop more and eventually take the reigns as starting PG in two years, unless Marbury can avg 10apg.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Nets to meet with Magloire
Mikki Moore is gone if they sign him.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Vince to sign after Gatorade shoot
wow....bitter....BITTER! Canadian and Raptors fan....I mean you have every reason to be, but Vince is worth that....not EVERY player can average 25ppg and he sells the tickets to back up his salary...he's gotta step up more in the crunch but he's worth that. Over 4 years...
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Teams lining up for Francis
ehh....he too wouldnt be a good fit for the Lakers....he's a hard player to blend into a team period....not a knock on him necessarily...he just is. With that said I think the Clippers would be the best fit for him as of now...we dont know what's going to happen with Shaun Livingston(sad story) and Cassell is old and he'd be with Mobley again...pretty good deal.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Why Wallace will remain a Bobcat
If Wallace goes to the Lakers it'll be just like when Caron Butler was there...he'll underachieve, not because of lack of talent...but not really fitting plus Kobe takes a lot of shots and handles the ball a lot. In my opinion the Lakers wouldnt be a good fit for him.

He should stay where he is at, that's where he has established himself...and now he can team up with J-Rich and be a pretty lethal combo on the wings and run with him and Felton.
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Hawks won't let assistants leave
maybe he did this because he knew he'd be hardpressed to find anyone else to fill those spots? lol....but after this upcoming season they might show some legitimate signs of improvement and maybe more people will be willing to coach the Hawks.

How much longer is Knight under contract for?
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Mo' money or Miami for Williams?
The HEAT will not make it past the 2nd in the east this upcoming season...I think Mo should stick with the team that gave him his shot....he is labeled as loyal and gets more money...plus the Bucks could have a nice young nucleus going....
Posted Wednesday July 11, 2007, About: Who's latest untouchable Knick?
Channing Frye, Steve Francis for Randolph, Dickau and Jones.... stuyp.....how did he(Isiah) get robbed on that one?

Balkman can be can Artest like player in a few years....admit it, cmoing out of college no one thought Artest was going to be the type of defensive stopper and an actual option on offense that he has turned out to be...I doubt Balkman can be a weapon on offense, but I think he can be a cross between Rodman and Artest....in terms of ON THE COURT skills and playing.

liontut.....depending on some moves, Collins will have a decent year, but he wont have a HUUUGGEEE year until he is the starting point guard and Steph is either gone or is gettin less minutes and that probably wont happen until ATLEAST next season. It depends what your definition of huge/break out season is though.

Isiah has been cited as saying that unless it's Kobe or KG, Lee and Balkman are off the table....jus a little FYI for ya JKlipp...

It's good that he is making role and energy players untouchable because he honing in on the team concept and filling those roles that are some times harder to find.....truth is though that everyone has got a price, and if the right offer comes along for either Balkman or Lee...there as good as gone.
