It is amazing really when you look at how many coaches have been offered opportunities to coach due to their talents and that of Meyer's success:

Dan Mcarney - N. Texas
Dan Mullen - Mississippi State
Charlie Strong - Louisville
Greg Mattison - Baltimore Ravens
John Holliday Marshall

I don't know of any program in the nation that has had so many coaches lost in a 2-3 year period. These are great coaches, very hard to replace. I don't expect Urban to be able to do this in a year. Coach up the coach's Urban, maybe there will be a few looking from Texas.
