I don't know what this writer is talking about. He has been throwing a 2-seamer which comes in slower anyways and mixing it with a 96 mph 4 seam fastball. Not to mention it's onjly his 4th start of SPRING TRAINING. I don't think he needs to pitch as if it's the world series.

Offer a fourth rounder. this is a salary dump. the Chiefs will not get much value in return. At most a fourth and a sixth.

Giants have the pick. Get it done. Gonzo would address one of the only weaknesses on this team.

there is talk of the Giants being interested. I'm all for it if it takes a 4th rounder. this is a straight salary dump, so the Chiefs will not receive any value in return for Gonzalez. tight end is one of the only only weak spots on this team. Addressing it would make a lot of sense.

In the end I think Gonzo stays put. Kevin Boss is signed for next to nothing and is developing into a solid tight end. I'm not sure the Giants have the cap room. Burress just got a raise and so did Uminyora.
