suspended for the season are you nuts, I agree he is wealthy enough that he should never even think about drinking and driving call a damn cab. But come on this is something that happens every day, he didnt hurt anyone (he could have but didn't) and sounds like the only thing they pulled him over was for not using his blinker twice when changing lanes he did the first lane just not the second. give him his 2 days in jail some community service and lesson learned.
