Can you explain why A-Rod's post season stats for the last 15 post season appearances pale in comparison to his regular season stats?

HE FADES IN THE PLAYOFFS.

If he was hitting like he was doing in the regular season then you would have won game two against the Indians and game one might not have been as large as a blowout.

1 RBI in 15 post season games and off a solo home run. That's pretty pathetic for someone who is the highest paid player in baseball. Or did you forget that? Mr. MVP. Riiiiight. Why can't he be MVP in the playoffs? Because he FADES!

Still, it is beautiful to see that the team with the three highest paid players in baseball (A-Rod, Giambi and Jeter) went down in the first round.

Priceless.

Once again, A Rod proved a force to be reckoned with in the post season. Still, he managed to get an RBI tonight with that homer. So that's 1 RBI in 16 PS games. A-Rod fans should be proud.

In all honesty, when A-Rod got to NY I thought that I was going to see more back to back Yankee WS wins. I mean, Giambi AND A Rod???

I'm glad Mr. MVP proved me wrong.

I don't own nor would ever wear a Yankees Suck T-shirt/Jersey/ whatever. And yes, I've been angry and mentioned 2004 a couple of times when Yankee fans have mentioned the word "choke" but it was completely retaliatory. I'll agree that I should be above that kinda thing but sue me, I'm human.
