You'll notice in the same article he claims the Mavericks aren't even going to make the damn playoffs next year. Talk about alarmist.

But to blame it all on Avery? This is just typical knee-jerk, whiny Dallas-area sports journalism, and the main reason I've rooted for New Orleans teams in general for years despite living in the Dallas area.
