1. Home field advantage plays an enormous role in college football.
2. Cal is fast, really fast.
3. Tennessee has some work to do on defense (which is an understatement)

But this in no means shows which conference is better, because that is nearly impossible to tell. Miles comments were taken way too seriously, he was talking to his boosters for God sake, of course he is going to pump his conference and the confidence of his team.

Cal was overall the better team, it was obvious, but they scored just as many offensive touchdowns as Tennessee, which some fail to see. Tennessee's defense was a mirror image of Cal's last year, young and caught off guard.

Kudo's to Cal fans for chanting "Pac-10 football" when there was a young man laying motionless on the ground. What's really important people?

To all you hypcrites who bash SEC fans for "walking around beating our chest claiming we are the best", take a look in the mirror, it goes both ways.

And to whomever wrote this article, I am glad to see a very subjective, unbiased article on a good game overall (sarcasm intended)
