Although the Bundesliga offers better competition, PSV is usually in the top 4 in the Dutch League which means a decent chance to play in the Champions League and almost a given to at least play in the Europa League. Both of these have better competition than the Bundesliga. MG barely made it above regulation last year in the Bundesliga & could end up in the regulation zone this year.
