I think this has created a "stir" alright. I, being a WVU alum, do not like people using the race card when things don't go their way. These types of comments, made without any facts to back them up, make me really dislike someone very quickly. Did Pat call Sharpton and Jackson to see if they would come and investigate? According the Sports Illustrated show on Sirius, only 3% of college baseball players are black. Did you notice a lot of black players during the college world series? Do we need to also investigate the programs of UNC, Fresno State, and Georgia? Is Pat's next complaint going to be that he wasn't allowed on the hockey team because he is black? (we don't even have a hockey team)

I think I am going to start using the gender card when things don't go my way. Everyone else has a "card" to use, I might as well join them!

Every year we hear about all of the 4 and 5 star recruits that Pitt has landed. We have heard every year that this will the be year that Pitt goes to a bowl game. When Pitt doesn't do so good, Wannstache blames it on rebuilding. Pitt has a horrible fan base. They average about 30,000 people at their home games, including games against their rivals. If you take a close look at the recruits, Wannstache can get the kids who live close to Pitt, but when it comes to recruiting in the South, Pitt has a problem. Yes, I have been impressed with Wannstache!

What is the warden going to say about this? Is he going to blame WVU because Tressel is beating him in the recruiting game? Is he going to blame WVU because RR lied and embarrassed his way out of WVU while heading to UM? Is he going to blame WVU/RR lawsuit for RR not recruiting like Tressel?

RR, with the help of his agent and a "reporter" from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, teamed up to defame WVU and hurt their recruiting chances. Well, it backfired. If you have read any of the depositions, you would see that the 3 of the above mentioned individuals are morons. (the warden would like you to believe it is WVU that is at fault.) Why else would RR attorney beg WVU to have an open mind and settle in mediation? When you burn bridges on your way out, lie about your state and your university, negative things tend to happen right back at you. RR brought all of this on himself. Remember, he won the Gator Bowl and he, along with his agent, thinks he is worth 3.5 mil a year. lol

Oh, the warden, I do hope you read what the morons from RR's camp said in the depos. You obviously have no idea what RR and his agent really did because you never read a shred of evidence. The amount of crap against them is overwhelming. Why did RR's moron of a lawyer beg WVU to go to mediation and keep an open mind. The facts were typed, verbatim, (that's word for word in case you don't comprehend), under oath and they were made to look like greedy, stupid fools. Warden, thanks for getting rid of Beilein. He had a heck of a year, didn't he?

Let me know when any of you are able to walk away from a mortgage/car contract without any penalty to you.....a contract is a contract. You sign, you break, you pay! Read and arm yourself with facts before you spew useless knowledge.

Ok, isn't this kid from NJ? So, going to school in NJ to stay closer to home is a big shocker? Kids change their commitments all of the time. Unless he has signed a letter of intent, anything can happen. I believe that WVU already has a verbal from a 5 star WR recruit from VA and perhaps this kid thought he might not be the star WR on WVU. Is this kid related to Jesus Christ or something? I have never even heard of him. Will Rutgers finally win a BCS bowl because of this kid?

As for the dumbest quote of the night, "everyone dumps WVU," check out the bball recruiting. I would hardly say those recruits are worthless. Does Rutgers even have a bball team? Maybe Rutgers should beat WVU before they trash them. Remember, every year we are told how wonderful the recruiting is a Notre Dame, Pitt, OU, Va Tech, Texas, etc. and when was the last time those schools won a title or did anything of importance.

How about Texas and Mac Brown recruiting Cedric Benson.....now there is a role model for young boys. Let's not stop there - Tressel/OSU (his favorite) and Clarett. UNC/Williams and Ty Lawson, UF/Kearse - How about Marshawn Lynch, Clemson's McDaniel? The list goes on and on and on - The point is that there are idiots on every college/pro team in America, even OSU. (way to slam both UM and WVU in your silly, irrelevant post - you sure showed us!) eastcoastkeith is kidding,right? I wonder if eastcoastkeith reads/speaks the English language. I wonder if he has even read any of evidence that has been made public AGAINST RR. WVU has had bad press because of RR and his agent. WVU has not been in any more trouble than any other school in the nation. The new coach has a past, says eastcoastkeith. eastcoastkeith, are you French? A coach with a past is Beamer, Sampson, Saban, Petrino, etc....take a good looksie at Stewart and WVU, inform yourself before you bore us all with your useless posts. (for those of you that don't know, keith attends a rival school that has been embarrassed by WVU)

Field Marshall, perhaps you need to "get over it." If you are so confident in your new coach, and if you are so confident that UM followed the proper steps in speaking with RR regarding the head coaching job, (will come out in court, you better hope that UM did everything the correct way, for example, asking for permission to speak to RR) if you are so confident that RR is a recruiting genius (love the way he nabbed T Pryor), if you are so confident that RR can beat Pitt and USF, then why are you on here running your little mouth? Most WVU people are over it. Most WVU people grew very tired of RR after the antics he pulled with Bama. What on earth does being toothless have to do with this article? Is that how UM people try to hide the fact that they are scared as hell of the new coach that they have? Make fun of others to get your mind off of how RR has and continues to embarrass UM? Why must "the warden" attack the people of WVU and WV. Does it make you feel good? It isn't their fault that RR thinks that taking 9 MONTHS to sign a contract is stressful. Does this tool even have a lawyer? It's not their fault that RR has "misremembered" things he gave in one article versus the statements made on tv. The country was pissed off at how Matta, Saban, and Petrino behaved and now add RR to the list. It's time to make the coaches accountable.

For the record, "warden," maybe the people of WVU and WV can make fun of how Michigan has the highest umployment rate, one of the highest illiteracy rates, highest murder rate, etc.....but I bet they won't - I think "the warden' is really Jeremiah Wright.
