What's up Atro? been a long time. Bottom line is it is a heck of a lot easier to make these "correct" calls after seeing the replay. Reality is, the umpires, referees, or whatever they may be in each sport are making on the spot calls. Are some of them terrible yes, but it is still human error just like a dropped ball.
