Tinny, if you see fans in the pic they were surely photoshopped in. That place is usually empty on saturdays....except for one game every other year of course.
And for the record I'm all for second chances we could've used nick as a db and I was disappointed that his actions got him kicked off the team. He is talented and was a good hs qb so I'm sure he'll do fine at the barn. Wasn't really trying to take a shot at the barn just a little smack talk is all.
It would also be easier to identify the revenue streams - who gets credit for what revenue- within your own institution. Down right impossible to do that analysis across multiple institutions given they likely wouldn't give up the data needed to do that, which DS alluded to.
Yeah that would give you an idea of whether or not he is overpaid relative to other coaches and institutions. Another way to look at it would be, is he overpaid relative to others within the organization that drive revenue?
Exactly Richt's seat was on fire until last year and they stood toe to toe with Bama. Just a little short but tremendous effort. Grantham is going to have to earn his pay this year lots of work to do but offense should be solid.
This kid is over thinking it. Just go to the school you committed to, play ball, get a degree, and chase coeds. It's not that difficult. College is college...he'll have fun at any of these places and play for good teams.
Speaking of Oregon, Cliff Harris got cut from the Jets today for weed arrest. That guy never could learn his lesson. Very talented and millions of dollars in front of him but just cannot fly straight. At least wait until you've earned a role on the team that way they wouldn't cut you for being stupid and for such a minor offense. But after all the issues he had in college and then now right after the Jets pick him up, he's burned too many bridges I'm afraid. Can't say he didn't get multiple chances.
