most "big market" or "tradition-rich" teams seem to burn their young players because most kids are rushed to perform well and help the team win because the team needs to "win now" AZ did the right thing and let the boys go through some growing pains an now they have a great team with amazing chemistry in a few years theyll be even better its scary.
