If Vick was still there I'd suggest the triple option as an idea. I think the wildcat will work well with Norwood and Turner though.

True I guess. If he gets some playing time this year and is better than last year, then there may be value in keeping him. I can't see him getting any playing time this year though.

Given how John Beck played in the small amount of action he saw, I don't think anyone would want him.

Personally my depth chart would look like this: Pennington, Henne, McCown.
