Well, I haven't heard from him in a while so I don't expect he will although the bet was who would have the worst record by the end of the season between da bears and broncos so he still has a slight chance.

Da Bears WR's were not the problem, infact they were open more times than I would have liked.

What they ought to be doing is trying to get a reliable 2 or 3 pitcher to help out Santana. Bringing in "low risk, high reward" pitchers may only put that much more pressure on your ace to perform and in the end turn out out to be a very costly risk.

Da Bears offensive line did a great job of keeping a very good Eagles d line away from Cutler most of the game and da bears D kept them in the game. Cutler has nobody but himself to blame for this one. As good as da bears D played it's kind of hard to hold off the Eagles offense for too long. Teams have been doing it by keeping them off the field. Got to thank Jay for the quick 3 and outs.
Posted Thursday November 12, 2009, About: Why Bears won't fire Lovie
Did anyone think da Bears would be any better than a .500 team this year? Right now he's delivering what was expected.

Obviously meant AP.

Still, a broken down old Farve is still their best option. Not to hard to hand the ball off to AD when he's really feeling sore. Goes to show Brett made the right choice.

Talk about not shutting up about it. You've been none stop for 5 months about it. That conversation ended 5 months ago for me. You seem to be quite the hypocritical real tard.

Nah, I would say the Phillies have more homegrown players contributing anyway.

Agreed 100%. After 10 years of trying I guess it has to pan out sooner or later.

Boy, you do hold on to things forever don't you? At the time, the yanks competition was lesser but they proved through out the rest of the season that they really were that good.
Posted Tuesday November 03, 2009, About: Phillies stealing signs?
No, the Yanks had a great season.
Posted Tuesday November 03, 2009, About: Phillies stealing signs?
LOL! Because of Cliff Lee, right? Well, can't argue.

I'm pretty sure you would say that about any team in the NL. Unfortunately we'll never know the answer to that question. You play the teams on your schedule, that's all any team can do.

That would be true to form with your AL bias. Not acurate, but true to form. At least you're consistent.

Look at his numbers again. He's had great statical numbers his whole career with his best numbers with TO but this season may beat the TO year.
Posted Tuesday November 03, 2009, About: Phillies stealing signs?
Wow, an actual compliment. Although, I'm sure if the Phils somehow pull this out you'll say the best team lost.

Hard to want to dump a future hof qb like McNabb. But, he can be frustrating at times.

Another NY team complaining... what's new?

He's 25 and having a rough year. He'll be fine. With Lee and Hamels at full strength next season Phillie will be right back here regardless of this years outcome to face the next AL East team that puts a good run together.
