Sorry, the apostrophe didn't work on the first one
You might want to look up the word "fact" before you claim Griffey can hit a homerun at any point and he adds fear to any pitcher. Those are not facts as you say you are using. That's called delusional thinking. The only proven fact you need to see is a .245 average and a significant drop in power while still playing in the best hitter's park. Please don't tell me you're depending on Griffey to try and help carry you to the playoffs.

Last time I checked .245 was was better than Konerko's .212. I'm not saying that Griffey by himself will put fear in pitchers, I'm saying that with an already powerful lineup how can it hurt a team to put someone that is well respected and a better hitter than the previous one in that spot. When ever you have someone who has hit 500 to 600 homers in there career is proven hitter and can go deep at any point. It's not like he only has 5 or 6 homers this year, he has 15 and thats more then a half dozen team leader's in HRs. Where do you see something I said that wasn't a fact.? All I was saying is that getting Griffey wasn't a bad thing for the Sox. Maybe they should have made a bigger trade but only giving up Masset and Richar for an upgraded bat is a pretty fair and cheap way to improve.

Keep drinking the kool-aid fella.

So having someone that can hit a home run at any point and that teams intentionally walk quiet a bit doesn't add any fear to an opposing pitcher. Look at the lineup and tell me that adding another power bat doesn't put more pressure on a pitcher not to add that that player has proven that he can hit a home runs with 608 in his carreer. Theres no kool-aid needed with proven facts.

SInce when have the Sox made any weak/bad in-season trades. I don't consider trading for Griffey was bad, they gave up to prospects that weren't going to help any more than Griffey and getting Griffey is a huge plus for other hitters with his presences in a already powerful lineup. SInce 2004 the SOx haven't made any big in-season trades because they were need the last weak or bad trade came in 2005 with the Sox getting Geoff Blum for a high prospect who didn't turn into anything, yea Blum didn't do jack **** for the Sox during the season but in the WOrld Series he hit a 14inning game winning home run. So maybe we should revise that statement.

Well I read tons of Cinci newpapers and read alot of comments of Cinci fans complaining about Ken Griffey didn't do this and that while in Cinci but it wasn't his fault that the injury's came. Yes you may have want Ken to just be home but about 80% of you guys were celebrating for him to leave home. And there was plenty of Cinci fans complaining that they brought him here to win a World Series but no matter how good a player is you have to put players around him and the Reds didn't do that at all.

Exactly how is Ozzie stabbing someone in the back when he has put all his confidence in Konerko and letting him try to fight through this offensive problems. Ozzie has never done anything but protect his players even if it cost him his job. And when have you ever seen Ozzie stab his own players in the back. You obviously know not a damn thing about the White Sox or baseball .

Well what do you expect from somebody who is on a team that is fighting with the Pirates the last 8 season for last. If I was a player that was on a shittee team like the Reds, I wouldn't be trying to go ball out for a team that really doesn't appreciate me. With a change of scenary and a chance at the playoffs for the first time since 1997, Griffey is going to be playing alot better than Cinci is making him out to be.
