I see. I would venture to say that all crimes affect more than just the person involved, hence the care and concern the authorities place in investigating it. Culturally African Americans, or "blacks", are different...a very "social" culture, thereby making the usual trouble of the "social" nature.

Perhaps the percentage of reported cases is what we should be investigating. In Baltimore a black cop sneezed wrong and his face was on TV a year ago...a white cop got drunk at a bar while in civilian clothes, got into a fight, and fired his gun at the car of the other individual and it barely reached the bottom of the screen.

What I am saying is that if you think the media doesn't report what it wants to report then it's probably impossible to move forward with any credible discussion.

Jerry is killing this team. I have been a fan my whole life and this is really unfortunate. I am praying for something really humbling to happen to Jerry...something really humiliating...I pray that the Eagles, Giants, and Redskins win the Super bowl in the next three years, the Cowboys go 0-16, Terrell Owens calls out the brass on the coaches, Pacman Jones makes the pro-bowl next year with 43 interceptions, Romo cries on the field and walks away from the game, Wade Wilson admits he has NO CLUE what he's doing and starts a blog website where the fans can pick the plays in real-time during games, and finally...the only sponsor for his playground is Port-O-Potty...at $100,000 per year.

I said this in another thread, but no one is talking about Zach Thomas' quiet departure from this mess. Dallas did a good job of pushing it under the rug. Zach opted out of this mess, and for good reason.

I'm a Cowboys fan and its so sad now that even my friends who are Giants, Eagles, and Skins fans feel bad for me. They don't even tease me anymore because it isn't worth it. When the Eagles mashed the Cowboys 44-6 in the last game, I had Eagles fans apologizing because NO fan deserves to have that happen to them...

Sad.

I am seriously contemplating a boycott of all things Cowboys. No one is talking about Zach Thomas' departure too...it's along the same lines of Dan Reeves not coming back. Dallas did a good job of really pushing that under the rug, but Zach is a standup, hard fighting guy who couldn't let himself be associated with the madness known as the Cowboys locker room.

I really pray that Ray Lewis makes it over. He'll straighten out the locker room by the 3rd day of training camp.

Yeah, and Jerry Jones has granted permission. That tells more of the story than we give credit for.

The other piece that tells the story is the fact that Zach Thomas, a model citizen, is refusing to play for the Cowboys another snap. He's opting out, and asking to play again somewhere else...this team is just too dysfunctional. I personally am thinking about boycotting the Cowboys for a season...just so I can preserve my physical health (headaches, blood pressure, etc...)
