If you can't say something good or beneficial to someone, then just don't say anything at all. If you sow the wind, you reap the whirlwind. These words are still true and Josh and Shaq should have just kept their mouths shut. I believe both have learned something and will use better judgement next time.

I tip my hat to the Lakers for winning the game. Despite all the controversy, two good teams played it down to the final seconds. Being a Spurs fan, I hate to see my team lose, but I really enjoy their class act of no excuses and no blame. It is still not over, but the hole is deep.

There is a wide divide between the saying and the doing. I hope Charles does what he says because as always, "When the shouting stops, what happens?"

This game will be a thriller tonight, but expect the Spurs to pull away and advance to the next round. To the Lakers fans, there has been much improvement this year but the Spurs will prevail. No name calling, no jesting, just pure basic basketball will be the ingredient for the Spurs success.

Craig Sage knows as much about basketball as he does how to dress...absolutely nothing. I would never quote him on any aspect of the game.

Charles, if you are aspiring to hold office, stop gambling. It is a slow disease tht will kill you in the end. Give it up. You don't need it.

I cannot believe that this is being played so much as a cheap shot. It you look at the entire game, there were hits all over the place. It is not Horry's fault that a guy trys to play injured. If you are on the floor, then you get the same treatment as a player 100% fit. The media has once again tried to make a situation that was a normal play be more than what it was. The replay of the Nash incident last year put all the fuel on the fire. I say that Robert Horry played a good aggressive defensive game and he helped San Antonio win the game.

He is probably too busy counting his money from this high priced gas. Never put an oil man in the White House.

Posted Tuesday May 13, 2008, About: Will Knicks go after Nash?
If the Phoenix team could not win in Phoenix, why move them to NY along with the coach and think it will work there? We ned six degrees of separation and create a new dynasty in NY. I don't know how these ideas originate but this one is really crazy!!!

Posted Monday May 12, 2008, About: Spurs: Duncan needs rest
Tim Duncan exemplifies the attitude and courage of an NBA star. He does not whine (check out his facial expression) and does not make excuses. He will be fine and the Spurs will recover and send the Hornets fishing. Chris P will continue to do his thing individually. That is why they will lose.

Posted Monday May 12, 2008, About: Suns in no hurry for new hire
The Suns can still comeback next season. Avery could work with the player personnel he has but he must calm down his ego. He still has a lot to learn but I give him credit for his achievements. Give Avery the reins. Kerr needs to stay in the front office - he is not coaching material.

Posted Monday May 12, 2008, About: How will D'Antoni coach Knicks?
The best question is can Mike hold up during the MSG fans constant tirade on winning? I don't think this will be a good fit and Mike will definitely have to be able to take a lot of criticism. The best I can do is pray for him. He will need divine help to get through this nightmare.

Posted Monday May 12, 2008, About: Lakers sore at Kobe's OT shooting
When the pressure is on, Kobe will be Kobe. Jon Barry said it best in the pre-game comments before game 3. Kobe is a very good basketball player but when the chips are down, he will revert back to his old form which hurts the team and especially his teammates. He has fooled the world this year, but I was not taken by surprise.

Posted Friday May 09, 2008, About: Why Mavs will hire Carlisle
If you only noticed the physicality last night, you missed the main meal. Something snapped in the Hornets mentally and as a result, youth will be served. Go Spurs.

Posted Friday May 09, 2008, About: O'Brien: Pacers can't rely on Tinsley
O'Brien should just keep quiet on this issue. He should just handle his personnel problems in-house and keep the media out of it. I see no point in addressing the Inidanapolis Star on this issue and if he does not want Tinsley leading the team or questions his dependability, he should just work the situation internally. Why is he explaining all this?

Posted Tuesday May 06, 2008, About: Cuban denies yelling at Avery
When the MAVS lost to the Heat, I stated that until Mark Cuban learns how to be an owner, they will never win the championship. Well, he still has not learned and the scenario is still the same. No Championship.
