This guy was one of the worst broadcasters around. Constantly getting names wrong, bone-headed comments. Maybe this means we won't have to hear him this year!

That's one approach Fonzie. The other is that because this is a superstar, they might be stalling this case so that it loses some steam and people will not be so fired up about it. That way, when they only slap Vick on the wrist and say "don't do it again", the investigators won't look as bad.

I think that Corey Dillon is the smart move too. Even though he's 33, he's still productive. He'd be happy because he'd be the feature back, Jackson could develop better, and you wouldn't have to pay him LJ's ransom. Actually, I hope Dillon gets picked up by the Pack.

I'd definitely take LJ over Culpepper. Culpepper's hands are small as it is. Add -40 weather and they'll shrivel up even further. Not good.

I agree completely with this article. I don't think that Daunte will be close to his former self. Plus, here's and interesting point: Culpepper has said that he's going to refuse to be traded. Why? Because he knows that he's not that great anymore and he has guaranteed money with the Fins. If he gets traded, he'll have to restructure his contract, and he know's he's not as good as he once was, so he wouldn't get paid the same.

This is typical for any big name player like Culpepper. Daunte is making the accusations now to make it look like HE'S the one that wants to go and not the other way around. Miami knows that Culpepper is not worth what he once was. All Culpepper is doing now is trying to save some face.

Normally, I would think the same way. Being a Packer fan, and living in Minnesota, I saw first hand what Randy can do to a team (both good and bad). I think he's for real. What made him "bad" lately was the fact that he didn't care. Now he has a reason to care - a legitimate shot at a Super Bowl. God knows he didn't have that chance with the Vikes or the Raiders.

Watch out for Moss in '07'08!

I really don't know if Portis believes his own apology though. He said himself that dogfighting is a culture that many athletes have grown up with. I think that Portis is doing some PR work, and wants to clear up his name a bit. Nothing more.

I think that Green will have a positive impact in Miami. Although, he just might not be the same after coming back from that concussion. I guess time will tell. Plus, Green is getting super old.
