How cliche has it become to hate the yankees and theyre huge payroll. Yeah the Yankees have a $200 mil payroll and yes they didnt make the playoffs this year. What else ya got? 26 rings speaks for itself. And next year when the Yanks go out and get Sabathia they will up the payroll and go for theyre 27th ring. Thats the whole point isnt it. WINNING. Or am I talking to fans of teams that just want to be respected win or lose. What is this little league. If the Sox lose to the Angels do they still get ice cream after the game. As long as the main goal of the Yankees is to win the World Series I hope they continue to spend spend spend
