Apparently you weren't here last year after the Wings won cause obnoxious would have been a serious understatement to describe a boatload of Wings fans then. Hell, I'd comment on a post having nothing to to with either team and I'd get shyte for it. So please...get the hell off your high horse.

What you need to realize here Argos is that Letang just turned 22 in April and Gogo turned 24 in July. They are still very young and have a long way to go, but they'll get there. Most Dmen take some time to develop, longer than forwards. Mark my words, the Pens will be very solid offensively and on the PP with those two on the Blueline.

Agreed. Yes Letang and Gogo are young, but I think they'll both prove themselves to be very capable offensively. If the Gonch is willing to sign for a lesser price, great, but if not, these two will fill the void.

Seriously. Montreal and Toronto haven't met int he Playoffs since 1979. There is certainly an historic rivalry there, but if we're talking about current rivalries, Pens/Flyers is a better one.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't the Wings have to weigh bringing Franzen back to the active roster against picking someone up at the TDL. I mean, 4 months is a "best case scenario" for Franzen and his ACL injury so him coming back at all this year is one big mystery. According to NHLnumbers, he's making 5.5 mil and the Wings have no cap space.
