How did Shawne Merriman work out?

These guys are tested all the time and so far, Harrison has never tested positive, unlike a certain ex-Charger.

I'm in no way giving OhnoStinko more respect than Bruschi. I just happen to think that he went way overboard based on what the stinky one tweeted. It has nothing at all to do with giving respect, but disagreeing with someone's actions.

Um....okay.

Wow, you can't say shutthehellup?

Bruschi was a good, not great, linebacker who played on teams aided by Belicheat taping the other team's practices. **** and get over yourself jackass!!
Oh I have no problem either and you are correct when you say you deal with it as it comes.
Hopeful yes. But if someone is going to take a shot at me, don't think for a second I'm not going to fire back.
Well Mr. cup and a lip, I'm guessing you're off to Vegas to put your money where your mouth is and back your team then??

Ole Andy? Do you know how little success rookie QBs have against the Dick LeBeau led D?

Like I said, possible? Sure. But doubtful, very doubtful.
Anything less? You mean an actual argument? Or did they suddenly find a legit starting QB AND a #1 receiver AND a very good CB in the last 10 minutes? Does the fact that since 1997 the Steelers are 21-9 against the Bengals mean anything to you?

Does Cincy have a chance to beat them? Sure, but it's not a good bet.
The Bengals had what, 2 good seasons in the last 20 years. They have no QB this year, lost their best receiver and debatedly their best cornerback. And while Benson did rush for over 1,000 yards, he had 7 fumbles. I don't expect them to do well this season and no, I don't expect them to give either the Steelers or the Ravens a good game.

And I don't "crow" about being a Steeler fan. I was merely responding to your post.
While technically they will be in first place, that doesn't mean anyone with an ounce of sense believes they will stay there. Hell the Pirates were in first place as late as July. Dosen't mean anyone thought they were actual contenders to win the division.
I'm a die-hard Steelers fan, OF COURSE I'd watch that game. But I sure as hell wouldn't watch Ravens/Bengals to see a lopsided score.
Really? So a Panthers/Bucs match-up or a horriffic Bengals/Browns match-up would be worth watching just because they're inter divisional games? I'm afraid you are very much in the minority on that oone. Give me Steelers/Patriots, Colts/Ravens or Packers/Saints over those snoozers any day of the week!!
I'm afraid that's a matter of opinion. A 2010 Lions/Bills, Bengals/Browns Or Panthers/Cardinals tilt would have been good for falling asleep and not much else.

Bah, arguing the same people but in a different order doesn't make for a very good debate. I mean, statistics sure as hell don't show what kind of defensive fielder a player was nor does it show arm strength. Hell, Clemente had a Howitzer for an arm and was smooth as glass on the defensive side.
"The battle of Ohio is week one"

Can 2 teams that have been so bad for so long really be said to be having a Battle??? Wouldn't this be considered more of a tussle? Or a mild dust up? Or perhaps even a slapfest?

Exactly why "potential" is a bunch of bunk. Put all the potential in the world in one hand and take a dump in the other and see which one fills up faster.

Well, yeah. Multiple teams who have won recently sure beats the hell out of potential. Ask Cowboy fans about potential.

The Potential? Oi vay. Every team has the potential. Some cities actually have multiple teams that have won Championships recently.
I must have been sleeping for that epic announcement. :)
