England has won the world cup you numpty, Mexico has as many trophies as third world countries yet they still consider themselves a powerhouse in world football. So yes, Mexico are the Spurs of international football. How about doing some research before opening your mouth you retard. As for being considered favourites- we are because of the quality of our squad, we just need to learn how to play together. As for the point about hooliganism- again, if you did some research or even knew the slightest thing about football you would know that football violence in England has all but been eradicated since 2000 due to banning orders and stiff prison terms for known hooligans. South America has a massive problem with hooligan violence- at least our fans fight with our fists like real men rather than stab and shoot each other like little ****!

Harry Redknapp actually hasnt been found guilty of anything (in England we are innocent until proven guilty by the courts!)- the police have just had to pay him for unlawfully arresting him. Also, he has been arrested in relation to taking money from agents during transfers (which about 75% of the managers do around the world), not trying to fix games like Porto WERE found guilty of- that is an infinitely more serious offence. Harry Redknapp's doesnt even come close. You are a glory supporter because you have picked the top teams in their respective countries despite not really having a valid reason to support them. Just because some ex Porto players used to play for them, or because your cousin supports them just doesnt cut it im afraid. You pick the team nearest to where you were born and stick to it. Besides, the teams that you support are successful- and there is a good chance of them having success every season.
1.) FC Porto win the Portuguese season virtually every year
2.) Werder Bremen were 2nd- Champions League football next year, they also are title challengers virtually every single season. One of the top teams in Germany.
3.) Barcelona- need I say more, probably one of the biggest clubs in the world. Champions League winners 2 seasons ago, top 2 virtually every season apart from this one.
4.) Marseille. The 2nd most successful club in France behind Lyon.
5.) Parma. Very successful in the 90's, one of the richest clubs in Italy during the 80's and 90's, would still have been challenging at the top of Serie A if Parmalat (their main financial backer) hadnt gone bust.
