When government interferes with businesses in such a way, that is crossing a line. Which is what pro sports are, businesses. No different than government passing legislation on whether you can or cannot buy whatever you want in local store. (They do to a point, for consumers safety) but where does the line stop? This matter has no dire threat to folks safety, and is rather trivial.
