That was part of the new contract. They do not need to specify the actual injury. Hence the upper/lower body injury thing. Personally, I don't know what I have. Its a wrist fracture so is that upper or lower body? I guess it depends on if I hold it above or below my waist.
Really the only one I've ever seen was Harry Neale. Was a decent GM and knew hockey inside-out-and-backwards. IMO did excellent commentary on HNIC. I don't really know whatever happened to him though.
I liked Muller, always have. Could you imagine this "good ole' Kingston boy" (to quote Don Cherry) being the next Leaf Coach. Cherry would be in heaven.
In all seriousness though, out in Alberta recently, a guy was caught by the owners of a farm trying to steal gas. They stripped off his pants and hog-tied him and left him for the police outside for about 40 mins. Don't mess with farmers from Alberta.
You guys are being cruel for this time of year! I actually thought that you would go easy on my leafs for the holiday season. Its supposed to be a time of forgiveness. I sit corrected! ;)...................................Bwahahahaha I can't even keep a straight face myself. No real argument here.
I believe that it was written in the last collective agreement that teams were allowed to use those terms (upper/lower body injury). And yea, as Hawkeye said, goons won't know where to focus their dirty hits. Heck, even if you tell some of these guys what part of the body to focus on they still wouldn't know. ;)
The poor (poor?) guy needs some kind of team to play in front of. Nobody is going to say that Marti Brodeur is a bad goalie but that his team sucks. Same deal goes with Jonas. I'm not saying he is the quality of Marti but he is a decent enough goaltender given the opportunity.
I'm no great skater either. I can skate without falling down and that's about it! ;) I can't wait for the WJ to start. I think it going to be another great tourny.
I know a hundred times is an exaggeration but I was just trying to get my point across. And yes the Russkies and a whole bunch of countries are getting some really good teams. Its going to make for some fantastic hockey for the next several years.
